Poor Customer Service from AUTOONE Ruined My Shopping Experience

When I first found AUTOONE's online shop, I had high expectations for it. However, my encounter with this company's online store was a total letdown. Despite having an impressive selection of automotive lighting goods and accessories, I was disappointed and frustrated by their subpar customer service. First, the business didn't communicate with me or provide any updates while my order was being delivered, which took several extra days. I was disappointed to discover that one of the items in my purchase had been harmed during shipping. I reported the problem to their customer service department, but I only received unhelpful and dismissive answers. Just to get them to give a replacement or refund was like pulling teeth. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone seeking for a simple and hassle-free shopping experience to use AUTOONE. They should be avoided because of their bad communication, delivery delays, and unhelpful customer support.
