I recently bought a new laptop with limited ports. Like all new laptops on the market, you get a powerful device with a sleek design that unfortunately limits the space for ports. The trend is usually towards a USB-C, and if you're lucky you'll get another USB-C and USB A. Then you'll have to buy a bunch of hubs or adapters for the connection you want it HDMI. or an SD card reader. Etc. I know some people will argue that all tech companies are moving towards wireless and cloud computing, which makes ports useless. However, I disagree with this statement as the fully wireless/Bluetooth system is not widely accepted, which still makes ports valuable. If you're like me, you'd appreciate having a hub with all the ports you need for your usage. Thankfully, Anker had the perfect solution for me. They recently released a range of USB-C hubs with different ports depending on your needs. I have a USB-C Premium 5-in-1 hub. The USB-C Premium 5-in-1 hub consists of 2 USB-A 3.0 ports on one side and HDMI 4K port, regular SD and micro SD card readers on the back. The USB-C cable offers flexibility, but at the same time you can feel the high quality. The slim USB-C port offers space when you need to connect to a nearby port on your laptop. When connected to a laptop, a circle will light up to indicate the hub has power. What I appreciate about any tech company is that they provide their customers with a holdall that helps protect and care for their product. Anker provides an included holdall. This product was perfect for my needs. I need an HDMI port because I connect my laptop to various displays, be it a monitor, a TV, or a projector for presentations. The two USB-A 3.0 ports allow me to copy data simultaneously at high speeds and to my surprise the hub doesn't get hot when copying large amounts of data. Unlike other concentrators which tend to get hot. If you have an iPad, you've probably noticed that it won't charge when connected to a laptop via a regular USB-A 3.0 port, otherwise it would take forever. Thanks to USB-C, plugging the iPad into the hub's USB-A port charged the iPad just as quickly as plugging it into the DC jack, and the hub still stayed cool. In addition, the work of the photographer makes SD / microSD card reader indispensable. I highly recommend this top notch product from Anker. The 5-in-1 premium USB-C hub gives me all the ports I need to work in a hub. Also, I recommend you check out other Anker USB-C hubs that best suit your needs: - Premium 3-in-1 powered USB-C hub - Premium 4-in-1 USB-C hub Hub Adapter in 1 Type-C Adapter with SD/TF Card Reader - 5 in 1 Premium USB-C Adapter with Ethernet Port - 7 inch Premium USB-C Hub Adapter – one
