This review is written on 08/06/2013 for Ken-Tool on their website. I was looking for a very strong wrench for emergency use on the road. Typical socket wrenches are made in China and have a weld that holds the two crosses in place. During use, this weld is stressed and can break. This renders the tool useless, but more importantly to me, it can hurt the person using it. A random web search for these wrenches will reveal examples of these types of errors. The Ken-Tools Wrench eliminates this weak point with a forged rather than welded construction. This is not a "nice" instrument as it has a rather rough finish which arrived with some scratches and blemishes. Others point out that the tool must first be wiped to remove dirt and dust from the paint. It is true. It would be a plus if the dimensions were etched on the ends. However, for typical consumer use, the tool is stored in the vehicle and typically only one size is used. Mark this end with a piece of tape and the identification problem is solved. It is also true that this is the heavy end of the nest and not the "thin-walled" nest. It may not fit some recessed alloy wheels. I've added photos showing the build quality, forged construction, diameter of all four ends, and paint/dirt residue. This is the tool that could one day save me down the road. . Even if you don't change your tires yourself, I recommend leaving one in the car in case of an emergency.
