Great fix for hoses, will save you money
Infinitely better than the plastic repair kit sold at my local hardware store. These may not completely seal older or thinner hoses as the screws will bottom out first. Use pipe dope (tape) on the piece that goes into the hose to bulk it up to avoid this. Way cheaper than buying a new hose.
- No plastic fix for a hose
- The fittings may not be able to withstand impact damage or accidental drops
