I've been using one of these in my water bottle for about a week. It is very easy to use and the price, comparable to others on the web, is very reasonable. I followed the directions and cooked them before first use and plan to do so every few weeks. They should continue to purify and add minerals to my water for about 3 months. So far I am happy with this purchase.
- Use 1 stick for personal water bottle and 2 sticks for carafe; Each stick is approximately 0.8" in diameter and 4" long
