I don't know what's so special about this shampoo that makes my hair so soft and silky, but this product works wonders. I have tried many different shampoos but nothing that compares. It's true that you'll have to use this shampoo and conditioner for a week or two to see results, but when you finally do you'll be super happy and get lots of compliments. However, I have turned down this product many times and the texture of my hair always suffers, which is why I keep coming back. I have a lot of thick hair so I don't know if fine thin hair will work. I bought a travel pack to decide which shampoo would work best for my hair.
