Overall a good product and I would recommend it to those who are not very have delicious water and far between your water heater and your kitchen sink where you end up wasting water waiting for hot water. It's actually pretty easy to install, but the included instructions leave a lot to be desired. and where i wanted to put it the distance was exactly 19 inches, and it didn't fit. Luckily I had enough water hoses and was able to tuck it under another closet that had plenty of room. It is mentioned that the provided filter washing tool is used to wash 2 filters before first use, but no washing tool is provided. So I just let a few cups of water through once everything was installed before turning on the cold and hot water switches. Also, nowhere in the manual does it say that the tiny black mark on the hose that came with it indicates that it was inserted far enough/correctly into the quick connector. Make sure you push the hose all the way into the connector until the black mark on the hose reaches the quick connector. You may feel like you pushed the hose in far enough due to resistance, but push harder until the black mark on the hose reaches the quick connector. Otherwise it will leak. A full ring around the tube would be better than a tiny black dot that's easy to miss. Or at least mention what the black dot stands for.
