Really tiny. I have made 4 so far and they are very cute. You need good eyesight and patience (or a magnifying glass). For small items and beads like these, I often place a small "Sort Kwik" on my fingertips for grip. They are simple, and their size limits additional embellishments. You have to try things. Think different. Take your little angel to the craft store and compare the options. Something thin, like 1 or 2 strands of DMC embroidery floss, will probably work best as a hanging loop. I always look at each one and change the shape to make it look like "perfect" in the picture.
