Review on 🔌 Farberware Classic FMO07ABTBKA: Powerful 700-Watt Microwave Oven with LED Lighting in Black by Wayne Goff

I bought my microwave in September 2018. popcorn these days. The oven worked for about 3 minutes. There is now a small puddle of hardened plastic at the bottom of the oven. Spent 2 hours on the phone today trying to get my money back. Revain has provided the wrong company (Meyer Corporation) to return your microwave oven to. When you call Farberware you get a hell of a phone menu telling you to contact another company. When I called this number I received a recording that this number is not available in my calling area. I found the website and called the other number listed there. They told me to go back to Revane. I called Revain and they told me to contact Meyer Corp. I called Meyer Corp and they told me they don't make Farberware microwave ovens. Luckily the woman came in from accounting and was representing someone so she investigated the problem and called me back to say I had to go back to the second company I called. When I got through the woman told me I couldn't get a refund, just a new microwave and it would take 8-10 weeks. I told her her customer service sucks and I gave up. I will never consider a Farberware product again, not that you care. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
