I like that they are able to use various methods for communicating with their clients, including online surveys as well if it is more convenient at any given time or place (sometimes you just need an answer right away). There's nothing really bad about this service; however there may be other similar services out here which provide better results/experience than theirs does so make sure what your looking into before signing up! We've been using them since 2015 - we used several different companies when initially searching but never found anything quite satisfactory enough until now where our team has had great success working together via phone calls etc through these people too!! The team at simasolutions is very professional, customer centric, and knowledgeable about their product. I would highly recommend them for any project you are looking to do or build out with this technology! Nothing really that i dislike so far but we did not work together long enough to find anything negative yet. We used simasolutions for our new website development. They were able to help us understand what was needed from an IT perspective as well as a user experience standpoint.
