Sorry for my nostrils in the photo. I love these things. I realized that my posture was already bad, and constantly staring at my phone, TV, or book only made it worse. I can't relax comfortably in bed or sit up to do these things without straining my neck. That's where they come in. They allow you to lie on your back and access your phone/book/tablet/tv/etc. to look without straining your neck. They can also be used while seated to avoid the strain of reading or mindlessly scrolling, but after a while this position becomes a little uncomfortable. For the comfort I would give 3 stars, after a while I even feel like I'm flat on the bridge of my nose when wearing them. The field of view is also a bit different, since when using mirrors you can see the line in the middle almost as if you are looking at two screens to take a picture, but it is very easy to get used to and it saves me a lot of time neck pain. Value for money definitely 5 stars. This may be one of the laziest products I've ever bought, but my neck is already thanking me.
