There are no assembly instructions in the instructions. The connections between tubing/hose and instruments are loose at best. It's not 10 pounds, it's just over 12 pounds. Hard plastic floor nozzle, without brush insert. We've been using a regular Windsor XP for over 20 years and I doubt this vacuum will last 2 years before tools just fall off the pipe or hose. For almost 600.00 I expect a much better quality than this. Also, the box came in terrible condition from this seller, I wouldn't be surprised if this unit has been returned before.
