I am 5 foot 1, 110-120 lbs. I ordered a small, and while it fits fine, I should have ordered up a size. I carry most of my weight and thickness in my butt and thighs. It feels kind of restrictive from where the straps connect to the butt. This product is comfy and plenty stretchy, I would just recommend if you have a bigger bottom to order up a size.
