I wear these just about every day at work. Since my hair has grown out a lot I used to worry about keeping up out of my way while at work. Now I put it up in a pony tail and tuck it in my cap. Works really well those days I over sleep and don't have time to do anything with my hair. They are cute and I've received many compliments from coworkers and patients. My favorite feature is the sweat band in the front. One of my medications cause me to sweat profusely and it is embarrassing, especially at work. This cap helps with concealing the problem.
