Broken interior light switch
I bought ten of these bulbs to use as overhead lighting in my camper van. The switches were always on because the RV's interior lights turned them all on at the same time. I started flickering or a faint light after realizing the factory installed switches were failing. I had to remove the factory switches and connect them directly, which was fine since I had the bulbs on the main switch.
