I just got this printer and didn't see this info anywhere so thought I'd let everyone know and hopefully spare someone else my frustration. I spent an unreasonable amount of time setting this up on my home WiFi network. Most of my devices were made in the last few years and are compatible with 802.11n or AC in the 5GHz band, so it didn't occur to me at first that this new 802.11n printer model would only work in the WIFI 2.4 GHz band. After enabling this feature in my router, setup was easy. Otherwise so far so good. Using the touchscreen is a little tricky for someone with thumbs like me, but I still access the firmware through the browser now. By the way, the available smartphone apps from Epson also work great. Since they are free, I recommend getting them.
