Review on Sabrent USB-C Hub with HDMI, 2 USB 3.0 Ports, 4K Support, and 60W Power Delivery (HB-U2HC) by Steven Emberling

Expands to more popular laptop ports to connect essential peripherals like DVD burner or external hard drive

Probably the most convenient adapter to use with my new high-end laptop. I connected it to a 1080P monitor with HDMI and still have room to connect USB 3.0 devices like external storage devices. Since there are a few, I can also connect a USB 3.0 DVD/DVD recorder/player to my laptop that doesn't have one. While games and other things now use high-speed internet for downloads and updates, there are still a few things DVDs can use for storing or installing programs. The device does not require any special drivers, so it must work with the relevant PC or Apple. It works with PC, but my Apple computers are too old to test this, none of them have a USB Type-C port. Seems to be made to a high quality standard, supports monitors up to 4K, backwards compatible, adds extra I/O port to your computer, and the price seems pretty fair. I like it and will use it often. I'll set it up alongside my gaming monitor with a backup 3.0 DVD player and a 3.0 drive to boot from. Kind of like a docking station where I go to a desk and plug the USB-C into my laptop and everything is ready to go, like a mini dock. highlighted.
