Probably the most convenient adapter to use with my new high-end laptop. I connected it to a 1080P monitor with HDMI and still have room to connect USB 3.0 devices like external storage devices. Since there are a few, I can also connect a USB 3.0 DVD/DVD recorder/player to my laptop that doesn't have one. While games and other things now use high-speed internet for downloads and updates, there are still a few things DVDs can use for storing or installing programs. The device does not require…

Great travel dongle

This is a solid dongle with the right combination of ports for me. I've used it on a MacBook Pro 34" ultra wide 4k monitor with wireless keyboard and mouse (not Apple via USB ports) and it works fine. I would really like to see another USB 3.0 port. , but I got by with the two, an SD card slot would be nice too. The power supply is limited (60W) so I wouldn't use it as a docking station. Station replacement but as a road key it's great.

Good dongle, pay attention to the connectors and power supply limitation

This is a small, lightweight dongle for connecting an HDMI monitor and two USB 3.0 devices to a USB-C laptop such as a MacBook Pro 2017+ . The quality is there, as is the range of functions. There are many keys on the market, each with their own pros and cons. You get exactly the combination of ports (USB 3.0, HDMI) and card slots (SD, Micro-SD) you want.
