I love how easy it was for me as an applicant - you could do everything from one screen! There were not many downsides at all either. The interface can get kind of slow when updating multiple profiles/applicants. You'd think using Google Drive would be faster but sometimes it's almost unbearable because of its slowness compared to other cloud apps like Dropbox! Definitely go with this program if your client wants something more than just standard resume databases (which there isn't much anymore). It makes creating resumes so quick and easy that clients actually start coming back asking us different questions about our services every time we meet them!! They realized right away what value added service we offer by being able to create customized tailored documents without having to send their employees out for expensive head shots etc..
