Looks Cheap But It's Cheap

You're fine. I like the adjustable fill function. But they are clearly cheap when you hold them in your hands. I don't know how the fragile metal on the outside holds up to cleaning. But so far they are good enough. I wouldn't give them away. EDIT: After 2 weeks of use, the adjustable top stuck. I washed it and now everything is fine. I think washing will become the norm.
