Intelligent Contact Center for all business needs

I like that they are able to integrate with my phone system, such as AT&T's Avaya or Cisco SPA series phones systems so we can connect our internal call center employees who answer calls when customers make purchases over email. The price is reasonable compared other companies in this industry but it does not include any additional features you would expect from an enterprise level contact centre provider (such as cloud services). We do however have their managed solutions which includes support staff access via video conference at no extra cost. It has been great being connected 24/7 by having multiple people available during off hours if needed.
