Fits 2014 Teryx4 LE with roof

Very good quality mirror. It's big, as others have said, and when placed in the center of the 2014 Teryx4 LE's roll cage, it sits a little closer to you, requiring you to 'adjust' your viewing habits when viewing. I mean if you're used to looking at a certain spot to see your car's mirror, you'll have to look a little further to see that mirror on your SxS if that makes sense. Let's get to the Teryx4 mount. This is perfect for a bar, even with the plastic roof installed. However. Installation requires a little extra work. You will need to remove the fasteners around the front edge of the roof to allow enough room to mount the tool inside enough to tighten the screws on the mounting bracket. Only 6 nuts per 10mm need to be removed. 4 are easy to remove, but two of them are on the corners and to remove them you need to unscrew 2 14mm screws (one on each corner of the front roof) blocking the 10mm roof nuts. These 14mm bolts are 2 of the 4 bolts holding the front roll cage in place. The hardest part of the job was getting the 14mm screws in place. I didn't thread them properly and they wanted to cross the threads. In the end I loosened the remaining 2 screws (just loosen, don't twist) and that gave me enough room to reposition the crossbar so I could line up the screws properly and when I then properly fitted the 2 14mm screws had, I went and tightened all 4 screws. I'm not deducting a single star because I had to go the extra mile to fit it under my roof. The manufacturer explicitly points out in the description that it is not suitable for devices with a roof, so it is by no means misleading. So the fact that it fits is a bonus and results from the Teryx roof being raised an inch or two from the roll cage.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • The list will go on.
