1 year + update: I am correcting my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. After 1 year 2 months, the ability to connect the charger to the Satechi and charge the computer stopped working. The computer says it's charging, but the battery keeps discharging. I connect the charger directly to the computer and the battery starts to rise. I looked at the warranty on their website, it's 1 year so I haven't contacted them so I don't know how they would handle it if it was still under warranty. Everything else still works fine, so it will keep going for 3 more runs. This is an amazing product and any complaints about issues I would argue with the consumer. The job got me a new Macbook Pro with USB-C to replace my old Macbook Pro. I use dual monitors in extended mode and have to turn my computer on and off constantly when I go to meetings several times a day. I wanted to stop unplugging multiple dongles every time I do this and only had to plug/unplug one thing without having to buy an expensive dock. After looking at many USBC hubs, I found that this is currently the only one that can do this on a Mac! I am using 2 displays in enhanced mode with HDMI, charge and use the other 2 other USB ports with no issues. I have already had several other colleagues order this particular product to avoid the key nightmare.
