first it must have 4 small screws to hold the 2.5 inch drive. The one I received had 2 screws facing the wrong way (away from the drive) and there were no Phillips or flat slots on the heads to remove them. Finally I used an oscillating tool and cut them off. I put this in a Dell Optiplex 7010 USFF with a 500GB WD drive and it fits snugly but works. I didn't have to adjust the switch that you can see on the Caddy, the drive was recognized immediately. Poor quality control but what can you expect for $8 and from China.
