firstly you don't have to pay extra money to have someone assemble it for you. It's pretty easy! Your customer service was fantastic, no long delays, I was able to speak to a person straight away who was very knowledgeable and answered my question within seconds. The chair is fantastic! I like sitting in big, comfy executive chairs, but since my lower back hurts, I figured I needed something with lumbar support. Instead of the cheaper mesh version, I opted for leather, which combines comfortable softness with the ergonomic support I need. Everything is customizable! It is very good! I was hesitant to spend that kind of money but I'm glad I did as I can see it will make me comfortable and happy for quite a while!
