Haven't used them for skating yet but have been wearing them every day for over a month now. I haven't had any fit or finish issues so far and the construction holds up in some pretty rough conditions. They were out and about in the rain and snow and on unpaved roads around our house. I have treated them with Obernauf wet protection which I highly recommend for all leather boots and boots. I also wear them everyday in a pretty busy cement floor shop and they were very comfortable all day. I'll have to see how they hold up as I continue to use these comfortable and durable everyday shoes. Although I still love her very much.
