Hole isn’t big enough to hold incense!

I was so excited to get these for my incense in my living room and my bedroom but upon trying to light an incense, the hole provided doesn’t fit the incense (I’m currently using morning star). Maybe mine was defected since I didn’t see anyone else having this problem. Very sad because I have to leave the incense burning in the tray which is burning it brown.

Pros

Looks cooler than most and works well.

Cons

Cute but ash falls everywhere except in the holder
