As a professional cookie decorator, I was thrilled when I discovered this projector! It made beautiful fonts a breeze and effortlessly duplicated a birthday design like napkins or a party invitation. I also have many Tik Tok followers and have recommended this projector to over 100 people. I bought one about a year ago and it took about 9 months before I had to buy a new one. What is happening in the video I posted is like what is happening with the first one and now the second one I've had for a little less than a month and it's doing the exact same thing. It doesn't stay on even when plugged in and when I try to charge it only lasts 3-5 minutes max. Doesn't project any light down and I've double checked all my connections. I don't use this projector often, maybe once a week for about two hours. I don't watch movies on it, I just decorate cookies so it won't be used for a long time. It is kept in a closet and not left unattended to avoid beatings and the like. What's surprising is that I have cookies that are due to be shipped on a Saturday morning (it's a Thursday) and I need that to work! I have already requested to return this product as my time slot is up in 2 days. I'll be running to Best Buy tomorrow morning for another new brand.
