I really wanted to like this product after reading the rave reviews and knowing that CHI is a popular, respected company. However, I will not buy this product again and I hope this review can stop someone else from wasting their money. This product may work for others but not for me. I've tried this product multiple times just to make sure I'm not overspraying or applying it wrong, but get the same disappointing results each time. My hair is not very thick or long but every time I have used this product my hair has become sticky, coarse and tangled! It wasn't silky, it was dirty, and almost like I'd smeared hairspray on it. The product also left an odd white film on my hair which I could see by looking at my comb. The only good thing I can say about this product is that it smells AMAZING. But everything else this product promised fell short of the hype.
