***UpDate*** The power cord has started to break in the plug exposing the wires. It stopped working so I had to buy a new cable. So he only worked 2 months. (added photos). As you can see in the photo, my budgie loves showing itself under this light. The barley heats up so there is no problem hanging or pecking at it. The size of his cage is H 30" x L 32" x D 21". I was concerned about the red cable sticking out of the end so I wrote to the seller, they replied to me immediately and assured that it would be normal and everything be fine am very satisfied and can only recommend it!
