Amazing handheld console and upgrade from previous models

Owning the original 3DS, upgrading to 3DS XL and now owning this new 3DS XL is a great addition to the 3DS family. First. , the overall increase in processing power is absolutely pleasant. Games like Super Smash Bros for 3DS and Monster Hunter Generations load much faster and have shorter load times compared to older 3DS models. In addition, improved battery life is of great importance, regardless of whether you spend most of your time in sleep mode. or play games with the new auto-brightness feature. Speaking of new features, the new ZL, ZR, C-Stick, built-in NFC sensor and improved 3D stability are all useful and work with most games released before the new 3DS release. They also offer new exclusive games and features designed specifically for this model. However, there are some problems with the new model. Switching to a micro SD card is cumbersome for those upgrading older models with a traditional SD card. Not only is transferring data from an old SD card to a new micro SD card time-consuming (depending on how much data is stored on it), but so is the decision to hide the card behind the back cover along with the battery tedious. doubtful. Also, leaving the expandable storage limit at 32GB is a poor choice (if you prefer to store your large game library digitally rather than in physical copies). Finally, a small issue with this particular edition is that, like the original 3DS model, the glossy outer shells are prone to smudges from fingerprints and oils. Luckily, like the XL model, the inner lid has a matte finish, so it stays relatively pristine after a long gaming session. Plays great, your games play better, and it's an amazing (if not perfect) improvement over the 3DS family. 8.95/10
