Made with 3M Scotchlite for improved visibility in poor weather conditions and at night. Self-adhesive universal tape that is ideal for helmets, buggies, bikes, bags and backpacks. Not machine washable. Made with 3M adhesive film and suitable for most surfaces (flat or curved, wooden, plastic or textile) - adhesion on flexible materials (e.g. sports clothes) is however limited. Easy to use and can be cut to required length using household scissors. Product size: 1 Roll, 0.8" x 39"

Made my trackclip pro wireless to replace my trackclip which I lost

I have a TrackIR 5 that I use to play games. I lost my TrackClip (hat mounted reflectors) in a recent move. All I had left was my TrackClip Pro, which I never liked because of the wire for power. I needed wireless just like my headset has, but I didn't want to rig up some battery pack on my headset. I used small strips of this attached to the points where the LEDs are to approximate what the LEDs do for the trackclip pro (shine IR light the camera in the TrackIR picks up). They reflect the IR…

Pros
  • Used as computer vision reflective target for FIRST Robotics. Reflects very well and easy to use.
Cons
  • Was really looking toward to this working so I’m really disappointed it doesn’t.

Good tape, missing items

The tape seems to be very durable and easy to install.The Revain website is misleading - it says 2 rolls , but they actually just provide one roll, so it’s very expensive compared to similar products.

Pros
  • Matched the mailbox I purchased it for perfectly! Great quality and super reflective.
Cons
  • In wet or rainy conditions, the reflective nature of the tape can be diminished or even rendered ineffective

Great product. Very bright reflection.

Sewed it onto my dog's collar so I can shine a flashlight on her and see where she is in the backyard when I let her out at night. Also good for when I walk her at night.

Thick refective tape

While this tape is reflective, it is too thick to wrap around driveway markers, which was my intent. It is much thicker than any other reflective tape I had purchased in the past. If your need is for a relatively flat surface, it should work very well.

  • Increased visibility can attract unwanted attention, or alert potential thieves to the value of the item(s) being protected

Perfect for walking shoes

I added small squares of this to the back of my walking shoes to make myself more visible. Very easy to use and it does the trick.

Pros
  • Very pleased with this product! Works great on my bike!
Cons
  • The cost can be prohibitive for frequent customization or application of large areas or multiple items

Good reflective tape.

Used it as a target to measure RPMs with an optical sensor. It works very well for the price but does not stick to oily surfaces like the very expensive ($170/roll) tape. For the fraction of the price, I can clean the surface before applying this tape.

Pros
  • I've so far managed to not be hit by cars when I walk to work, so it works great!
Cons
  • Might not adhere well to certain types of surfaces
