My shoulders have decoded everything I've done physically and now I'm regaining some of the freedom I lost after the surgery. so tight that you end up losing circulation. At the same time, the velcro that goes around the torso is the ONLY one that fastens because it's so tight. There's plenty of room for a Velcro strap, so order a size up and you'll be better off.
