Update: The company contacted me and apologized for the poor print quality and explained that they received a faulty batch from the manufacturer and fixed the problem and offered me a refund, If I will consider updating my review as customer service and product quality are very important to them. I have updated my rating to 4 stars because I still have to use this product as it is not working properly, but the company has actively contacted me and I feel I have been adequately compensated for the issues caused by this product. ———— — ——————————— Printouts with this ink were terrible. I skipped the return window because I didn't need to replace the ink immediately. Now that I've done that, all of my documents are missing ink streaks. I have tried several times to align the cartridges and clean the printheads using the HP printer features. This did not help and the ink continued to flow. This has never happened to my printer and the printer is less than a year old.
