I just got this mop and used it for the first time and I LOVE it. I usually wipe my hands and knees with a rag because Swiffer with wet wipes didn't work. We just moved into a new house and have great new hardwood floors, so I wanted to try something chemical and solvent free. A friend of mine sells a Norwex that looks like an e-cloth and was trying to sell me his mop. It's really expensive and I found this e-towel for a quarter of the price. It's absolutely worth every penny! All I had to do was wet the head of the mop, wring it out, attach it to my head and go. My floors look AMAZING. It was so easy and quick. Washed and bruised his head about 3 times while working. Then I threw it in the wash and everything was perfect. Since then I've done floors in all my bathrooms because it was so easy. i am sold This is not an overrated mop! I finally found the perfect mop!
