To be honest, I am very happy with this protein shake! It really helped me gain muscle mass without gaining fat, now I weigh 177.6 pounds and 13% body fat and I was 169 pounds at 17% body. I have the taste of chocolate and it tastes good, it mixes really well, I mix 2 scoops with water in the morning when I go to work and I drink another one after a workout with 2 scoops, making it a full 4 scoops each day, giving you a total of 50g of protein per day. You can mix all 4 scoops at once, but it will be too thick for your liking! Suggestion: train hard, eat healthy, don't let dieting fool you, it's not magic, it works, but you're doing your part too!
