I purchased this product to replace my gas strut for my Toyota Tundra's tonneau cover and encountered a simple issue in installation. it's just the lock clip that over bent when I'm installing it. Prior to receiving this product, the executive customer agent named Mina, send an email checking on the status of the delivery which is really an special service from a company. So, I emailed her back saying that I encountered a minor issue upon installation which probably its my fault and not the product. To my surprised, she mentioned that the product was warranted for 18 months. To cut the story short, the company send me a replacement product for the broken product and not just one piece. but they send me a pair without telling me to send back the broken unit. Now, I have a spare unit to use in the future. Not just the company that is excellent but also the people working like Mina.Thank you for your generosity.
