I have been using contact relief for about 2 years now, it's easy to use and has allowed me to communicate with clients in ways that were previously not possible. The customer service is also great! They are always willing to help you out no matter what. There really isn't anything bad I can say about this software. It does exactly as advertised. If your looking for something simple but powerful then look into contact relief. You will be glad you did. We're able to get more customers through our website by allowing them to reach us via email or text message instead of just phone calls.
