When I received this product I was very excited to install it. After reading the instructions, on final installation I noticed a streak in the glass that I couldn't remove. looks like a manufacturing defect. There were several air bubbles. Then the worst happened. My touchscreen is going crazy. Volume/touchscreen/maps are out of control. After a system reset failed and my screen went haywire a few hours later, I removed it. Terrible experience. I want my money back. TO UPDATE:. I received an email from the seller saying if I change my rating to 5 stars and remove the negative comment I will get a refund. I refuse to encourage potential buyers to purchase such an unsatisfactory product just to receive a refund. Excuse me. I will not do it. I hope everyone who reads my review will think twice about purchasing this product.
