This seal will not fit the 2006 Toyota Highlander 3.3L as tested on this vehicle. The gasket itself is fine, it just doesn't fit. Not suitable. He is too fat/tall. The original is 1/4", this is 3/8". It almost fits, but there is a faint, non-metallic noise when sliding the timing belt pulley onto the crankshaft. Put it on at a certain speed and you'll hear it banging metal on metal like it should. In other words, it hits the seal. Obviously you can't take it far enough. (I've tried, trust me.) I found the right thing in a universal kit at my local parts store, one of the oldest in town, TCS45890. Was looking for this and Revain also sells it: Fel-Pro TCS45890 Timing Cover Gasket. Kit: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009YK84L4/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3DGQPXS9UO0IXI Hope this saves you time and effort for Toyota V6 3.3L owners.
