Review on 🌬️ LG LW1216HR 11,500/12,000 BTU Window-Mounted Air Conditioner with 9,200/11,200 BTU Heat Function, 230V, 12000, White by Kevin Graham

Don't buy I never leave a bad review, but today I will. I bought the device on 7/24/2020, it worked great, but in March 2021 all the fan blades broke. I went to the LG website and several people had the exact same issue. LG needs to recall this part/device, sales reps gave me a discount because I wasn't the only one calling with the same issue. Don't waste your time and Def is not your money. TO UPDATE. NOW MY UNIT DOES NOT BLAST COLD AIR AT ALL BECAUSE THE COMPRESSOR WILL NOT TURN ON. HE STILL BLASTS BECAUSE NOT ALL THE BLADES ARE BROKEN. THE FAN YOU SENT WAS THE WRONG FAN, I CALLED SOME NUMBERS TO CALL WARRANTY DEPARTMENT WAS ON WAIT FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR THEN WAS HANG UP OR THE CALL WAS LOST. Called back the second time it was much better. I'M NOT SERVICED FOR MY UNIT AND ITS HEAT AND HUMIDITY IN ARKANSAS IS KILLER! SERIOUSLY, PLEASE JUST BUY ANOTHER DEVICE!
