Pump not working? the best in wellness & relaxation
This is a great product with poor packaging as many have found. For those who couldn't get the pump to open and work (like me), grab a pump and a pair of pliers. Use pliers to gently hold the pump assembly at the point indicated by the nail file in the photo. Now turn the top of the dispenser counter-clockwise to unlock/unscrew it until it pops out. By the way, my wife loves this back massage oil!
