Review on G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 Dual Channel Desktop Memory by Teri Washington

The computer did not have enough memory of only 8 gigs. The price difference wasn't that big when I switched to this 16GB pack from another 8GB pack, so I bought it. Connected and now 24 gigabytes are available. Didn't do anything in the bios. I haven't played with the fancy settings, so I can't tell if it runs very fast or slow. I know I'll never run out of storage now, so as fast as it was, it worked for my needs. They barely fit under the CPU cooler. So if you have space issues, you might want a simple rectangular ram with no fancy tall shapes on it.
