Review on Almond Faux Slate Double Rocker Resin Wallplate By Amerelle by David Hayden

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Dissapointing, poorly made and not worth your cash.

When this charger first arrived I thought I had finally done it. I found a charger for my laptop that was actually decent quality! Well unfortunately my enthusiasm turned out to be short-lived. About two months later it is now all but entirely broken.Unlike a few other models of this charger I have tried, the external build quality seemed a lot more solid. The part that attaches to the computer is sturdy, and has yet to suffer any loosening. Apparently the internal parts aren't as well constructed. It appears that something has failed inside of the black box rendering it useless.I have now gone through about 5 laptop chargers and honestly I'm at a loss. I was extra EXTRA gentle with this charger. It never left my home, and yet lo and behold this one broke just like all the others I have tried.Honestly I'm pretty fed up at this point. I've tried contacting the manufacturer(Acer), but they don't sell or repair chargers and instead referred me to a company that sells refurbished chargers. I bought one of those, and it broke. I a few cheap ones off ebay, none lasted past 4 months.Honestly I may have saved some money initially going with this Acer branded laptop, but I'm confident I would have been better off saving myself some hassle and just gone with a more trusted, quality manufacturer. If you buy this charger do so with the knowledge that it's a gamble.
