Review on Cat Surgery Recovery Suit: Surgical Abdominal Wound Protection For Indoor Pets - E-Collar Alternative Post-Surgery Pajama Suit by John Wei

So much better than a collar.

Purchased a couple to make sure size was right. But used both medium and large over time. The medium was used on my 4 month old female kitten after spay and front declaw. Might not be suitable if cat messes with paws. Hard collar was horrible and terrifying to watch. I thought she dislocated her jaw at one point and said that’s it. Tried soft colar,, improved but still problems and inflatable collar was useless. She got out of recovery suit once in two weeks. Most times she didn’t try and was comfy. Fast forward two years she ate wrong thing had to have surgery. Medium still fit but tight. Ordered large and fit perfect. She’s probably ten pounds. She can poop/pee in it but immediately after surgery she missed a bit til she became accustomed. Also, they can move a lot easier so it can be harder to limit activity. Overall never go with a collar.

We needed a onesie to help our kitty keep her diabetic sensor and until we got this we couldn’t get the sensor placed.
