Definitely Recommend For Post Surgery

My pretty kitty got spayed. They sent us home with a cone. She’s so tiny that she got right out of it and to her incisions. We then went to go buy an inflatable one, the smallest we could find, and she kept us up all night fighting to get out and then managing to keep getting out of it. I bought this in the middle of the night in hope for some relief for us and our kitty as well. 10/10 recommend this! It’s so comfy! She hasn’t showed any sign of annoyance or stress being in this. And it comes…

they do what there supposed to

for the price they are good i have two kittens 6 months old a little over 6 lbs who just got spayed i bought medium size first they had the cones on the suits seemed better at first they didn't like the suits so i made them wear the suites and the cones and put them in their cages for a hour to get use to the suits when i let them out they were happy to be out of the cage and collars taken off now the suits didn't seem so bad to them i will say they are not their normal selves with the suits on

Pros
  • Allows for easy monitoring of the surgical area
Cons
  • May not be effective for all types of abdominal wounds

So much better than a collar.

Purchased a couple to make sure size was right. But used both medium and large over time. The medium was used on my 4 month old female kitten after spay and front declaw. Might not be suitable if cat messes with paws. Hard collar was horrible and terrifying to watch. I thought she dislocated her jaw at one point and said that’s it. Tried soft colar,, improved but still problems and inflatable collar was useless. She got out of recovery suit once in two weeks. Most times she didn’t try and was…

Pros
  • Protects abdominal wounds
Cons
  • May cause additional stress for the cat

Great to use with maxi pad style bandages!

I have a large male cat who’s about 14 lbs. He is healing from a skin condition on the belly and the cone was just too disorienting for him. So far, this onesie has worked great, although I do wish it came in an XL.TIP: The wounds on his belly were kind of getting stuck to the suit. Sounds funny, but if you’re having a similar issue, or need to put a bandage in here, a maxi pad sticks to this and works great! I line the bottom of the suit with the pad and change it out daily before putting it…

Pros
  • Pet Supplies
Cons
  • May not be effective in preventing scratching or licking

Saved our sweet girl.

Our kitten was barely eating, drinking or sleeping with a cone in. After getting her fixed they gave us a nice, soft one too. She hurt herself without it on to the point of needing additional stitches. I was starting to worry about her. My Husband found this on here and it was a real life saver. She still wasn’t quite herself because she is a wild, sassy thing. But she was able to heal properly and be healthy. Ate, slept. Clean bill of health within a week. Back to herself the second it was…

Pros
  • Reduces the risk of secondary infections
Cons
  • May not be adjustable for all body types

Saved my kitty from the dreaded cone.

So glad we found this surgical suit! Used it after Harley needed to have emergency surgery after apparently eating a part of a toy (we still have not figured out what was stuck in his intestines, even after getting it out!) He didn't love his new cat pajamas, but it was better than the cone. He didn't want to use the litter box with it on, so we had to remove it a few times a day for him to "go", but otherwise, this worked well and much better than the cone. We ordered size Large for Harley and

Pros
  • 1.A great and professional E-collar and cone alternative: The suit is a professional alternative to a cone and full body bandage. It is very suitable for first aid purposes, wound and bandage protection and a lot more.
Cons
  • May not be easy to put on or take off

Very good item! best in my review

This is for my kitty's spay surgery! It works perfect and it's very comfortable. My kitty doesn't mind it at all and it has been 1.5 days that she has been wearing and she hasn't tried to take it off. It protects the sutures very well and she hasn't tried to lick it either. Very soft and smooth to touch! The rear opening is spacious enough for her to poop and pee without getting anything on the clothing! The stretch is really good. My kitty is a Siberian and she has longer body than other cats…

Pros
  • Provides full coverage of the surgical area
Cons
  • May cause additional anxiety for the cat

Calm & Cool in my review

Betty didn’t like the cone after her spaying procedure, so we got her this and… money well spent! She’s seven pounds and we got size medium, which fit perfect. The recovery suit also has a calming effect on her when she wears it (she doesn’t mind wearing it). The material is a little stretchy and she stays cool, even if that is a counterintuitive effect. Full recommendation from me!

Pros
  • Reduces stress on the animal
Cons
  • May not be effective in preventing infection

Nice texture but needs to cover wound area

This garment is a nice texture, not plastic-y, and pretty easy to put on and close up. But my cat's wound showed through an arm hole and was not protected. Also having the suit on made my cat flatten himself out and not want to walk. So it didn't work for us but still seems like a good idea and is well made.

Pros
  • B08S6TWPFS
Cons
  • May not stay in place on the cat

It is easy to use. in my review

My cat had surgery and couldn’t eat in the cone.We got this for her. I did not leave it on over night and use only when she was in room and we could supervise. But, I think it was a welcomed relief to her and she was able to eat.

Pros
  • Helps promote quick recovery
Cons
  • May take some time for the cat to adjust to wearing it

It's Amazing! on my review.

I got the best bc I don't like the cone. As we call it the cone of shame. But it's a must have! My furbaby didn't dig st her surgery site once, the vest didn't interfere with her daily routine or activities. I loved it! And I recommend it to several others who orded and were grateful.

Pros
  • No need for extra medical expenses or re-purchase
Cons
  • May not be suitable for cats with certain medical conditions

Great Product - my new review

Ordered this for a cat that keeps pulling out its hair. Very well made product and works as it's intended. Unfortunately did not work in our situation, but not fault of the product. Shout out to the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE though. Should work great for cats recovering from surgery

Pros
  • Suitable for both male and female cats
Cons
  • May not be warm enough for some cats

Weird sizing but worth it

My cat was really depressed in the cone and was really down with it on. I got my cat this onesie and she perked up right away, eating and drinking like normal (cone made it hard for her). She only got out of it once, but I put a collar through the adjustable strap at the neck and she hasn’t gotten out of it since. It doesn’t bother her and has made this stressful recovery very easy.

Pros
  • Easy to put on and take off
Cons
  • May cause discomfort when using the litter box

Medium fits our small kitty.

This was the best choice for our girl after her operation. She is a small kitty 6lbs 3 oz size small fits perfectly! We bought both small and large, having not washed this one yet. Highly recommend it better than the cone of shame! Please use size chart, I feel these do run a bit small.

Pros
  • Can be used for various surgical procedures
Cons
  • May not be available in all sizes or colors

Does what it's supposed to do

Got the small for a 4.5 ln kitten and fits well. The tag on the outside is located in a bad spot she chews at it constantly, but it's better than her chewing at her spay wound! She is really squirrelly and I was able to get it on her by myself. The Velcro is strong she hasn't gotten out of it yet. I would buy again.

Pros
  • Helps prevent infection
Cons
  • May be too expensive for some pet owners

Closed wounds only!

The onesie is easy to put on and has snaps that are quick. The only issue is please be careful using if your cat has an open wound. My cat has a tumor that opened from excessive licking that needs to be removed surgically and the onesie actually stuck to it. It was painful and upsetting to remove. I see no problems if your cat is healing with a closed wound though.

Pros
  • Allows easy access to the wound for cleaning
Cons
  • May not be comfortable for the cat to wear while sleeping
