It feels very good on the fingers. He lost a star because one of the rolls fell off during transport. I could use it again. He came up with a diagram of the hand and where some of the organs are located. This can be useful if you are new to reflexology as it is simple but understandable with pictures of organs/body parts. To be honest I took one look and threw it away so I'm just going with what I remember. I don't think it's as effective on the hands as it claims, but as a massage therapist I'm probably expecting too much from it. For a cheap item, I would consider it if you have a sore hand, especially arthritis. I received it along with acupressure massage rings (which I love).
