Review on πŸ“Έ Polaroid Originals Color Film for SX-70 (4676): Captivating White Shades by Blair Foster

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The original piece of instant pleasure

I am satisfied with this film so far. Color saturation is rich and deep in bright sunlight and bright enough in terms of exposure too. This is my first experience with the SX-70 (I confess I bought the camera without testing it). Much to my delight, not only does it work, but the photos captured with this film are beautiful. The quality struck me given my previous encounters with 600 films over the last 25 years (slightly faded, less clear, less saturated). The development takes about 10-14 minutes depending on the temperature. This is basically what you get for the experience. . People can't help but stop and ask for it when you use it. I still think the mechanisms that make Polaroid work are a marvel of modernity. In a short attention span, in an "I've seen it all" world, it's still a wonderful piece of magic. smarter) than newer instant digital cameras/printers, which despite major advances in technology still have that subtle pixel trail. I wish they were a little cheaper so I could get them more often.
