Looks really good. for my opinion

The material on the INSIDE is not the best quality, it's a little thin and it rips easily, but the reflective material is of good quality material.
It's not water proof but it really helps with light rain, I use it when I ride my bike, it could be a bit better but it does not bother me that much to give it any less than 5 stars.
