I have struggled with ditch rot for many years. I've tried all creams and powders, all changed my shoes many times, etc. Nothing helped until I found borax. Pour a quarter teaspoon of this into your shoes every other day and your feet will thank you. Your SO too because it eliminates the smell. Putting an eighth glass in your underwear/socks will keep you fungus and bacteria free.
